I just found out that Feb. 22 is
National Margarita Day. (Wahoo!) I generally think of margaritas as good summer drinks. You know, a nice frozen concoction to beat the heat. But, down in Texas, margaritas are in season all year round! So take a break from winter, and hit up your nearest Mexican restaurant on this holiday to be celebrated. (It might help you take the edge off your Fat Tuesday imbibing.)
