Although I missed the official holiday, I figure it's never too late to get a good run in and reap all the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Whether it's an easy jog around the neighborhood, a sprint on the track, or a timed treadmill run, it's all good! Just remember to pack you gym bag! (*cough-Cartwheel-cough*)
